SAMPLES

The Tilemates Group will always try to provide samples for you to take home and try out at your leisure. We endeavour to supply these free of charge, but reserve the right to charge on certain items.

ORDERING TIMES

Due to our large selection of tiles on display, we are unable to stock many tiles at our showrooms. Tiles are generally available for collection within two to three working days, dependent on the tile being in stock.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Certain tiles may only be currently available as a special order item. These may take up to 4 weeks to bring into the UK from overseaes manufacturers. Special Order items can only be purchased in full box quantities, must be paid for in advance, and cannot be returned under any circumstance.

RETURNS

The Tilemates Group cannot take returns on material ordered in from one of our suppliers. However, we can take back our own imported material, in full boxes only, within 28 days of purchase.

TILERS

We do not employ fitters directly. However, each of our showrooms can recommend good local tilers who have done work for our customers in the past. These tilers will arrange a convenient time to inspect the area to be tiled, and provide an estimate for the work involved. This should mean that you get a competitive quote, as we do not take a cut from the tilers fee.

PRICING POLICY

Our displays show the tiles priced individually, rather than per metre or per yard. This is because the vast majority of our tiles are sold individually. You do not have to pay for a full box that you may not need. Any of our staff can help you with providing metre or yard prices. Please speak to a member of staff at any of our showrooms with any questions you may have. We will always try to help, if we do not know the answer we will make sure we find out the answer.
